Rooms felt dated with dusty floors. not the cleanest vibe. Boot room accessible down steep, damp stairs, making it inconvenient for gear. Breakfast lacked variety, and pillows were either lumpy or flat, detracting from the rest.

The Classic Double Room offered a peaceful retreat with a lovely mountain view, ideal for relaxation after a day on the slopes.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and overly processed foods that weren't very satisfying.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Super Morzine Cable Car. Some room amenities need updating.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, making you feel right at home. Clean rooms with great mountain views make this hotel a worthy choice.

The location was first class! Service was extremely friendly, with lovely breakfast choices that surpassed my expectations.

Though, the WIFI was unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating during my stay.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Family Room with a Mountain View, and opening the balcony door every morning was heavenly. The pool table provided endless fun, though the indoor pool could use some attention.

Just an ideal choice for a brief hiatus in Morzine with exceptional value. The staff was lovely and always ready to help with a smile. Consider packing lighter to make walking to the lifts easier.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the family at this lovely hotel. The kids had a blast playing pool while we took in the breathtaking mountain views from our balcony. The proximity to the lifts made our ski days so easy, just a short walk away.

In my wife’s opinion, more charging sockets would help families a lot.
